I was the Production Assistant for the MTV blog, MTV Act. I helped curate content, created all the visuals/graphics for the site and wrote a plethora of stories.
Some of my memorable highlights from my time with mtv, was photoshopping really bad Snooki Puffs onto Ron Pauls head, creating an etchy sketch of Mitt Romney’s face, interviewing Amber Riley from Glee, attending SXSW and getting to see 21 Jump Street before anyone else. I also got to feature stories on the non-profit I volunteered for called Everyone Is Gay.
